Forsyningstilsynet, the Danish National Regulatory Authority, has opened a consultation into the practice of “self trades” in capacity on borders and the issue of capacity hoarding under REMIT. The consultation can be found here. This follows several market manipulation cases in Denmark, including one potentially criminal case (see here).
