The FCA has finalised the first 5 sets of Questions and Answers relating to EMIR REFIT UK, following a consultation (see here). The final versions can be found here. Questions for the remaining topics together with some for the original topics are now open for consultation. These can be found here. UK EMIR starts on 30th September 2024.

In addition, the UK together with the PRA has opened a consultation on the UK version of the EMIR bilateral margining rules, which can be found here.

The EU version of EMIR REFIT started on Monday (see here).
