An asset owner in Scotland has agreed to make a payment of 33.14 million GBP to Ofgem, the GB National Regulatory Authority, for an alleged breach of the Transmission Constraint Licence Condition (TCLC). The incidents occurred in 2021 and 2022 and the notice can be found here. There have been several such payments ordered in the past years (see here).
