Following last week’s adoption of the new REMIT Implementing Regulation and Delegated Regulation (see here) by the European Commission, ACER has today opened a consultation on new Guidelines on transaction reporting. The consultation closes on 12 June 2026. The Guidelines provide guidance as to how various aspects of REMIT reporting (will) work. But it does not go into the field level which is documented separately.
