See here for our response to ACER’s public consultation on the draft Trade Reporting User Manual for REMIT, to which responses closed yesterday. We greatly support the approach that ACER have taken in encouraging feedback.

Note that a  great deal of the TRUM is contingent upon the contents of the Implementing Act which is due to be published shortly.
