Last week saw the publication of the latest Questions and Answers document from ACER, which can be found here.

Comparing it to the last version shows the following differences:

Questions and Answers channel: There is a commitment to publish an updated version of the document once a month. There is a new form on which to ask questions which can be submitted to ACER. These will generally be answered in the next version of the Q+A document rather than individually.

Implementing Act: This is the first version of the Q+A to be published after the Implementing Act has gone into force. The timelines are now mentioned, and there are links to the various documents such as the TRUM, MoP and lists of OMPs. A link to the portal is also given. There are various other updates which put references to the entry into force into past tense.

Notifications: All notifications of suspicious activity are to now go through the notification platform, which is linked to in the document.
