ACER today provided access to the Central European Register of Energy Market Participants(CEREMP) under REMIT for the first time, three months after the Implementing Act was adopted. It can be found here.

Today was also the deadline by which all local versions of the CEREMP needed to be up and running. Some NRAs have required Market Participants to commence the registration process by today too.

In addition, ACER have published the first version of the list of standard contracts under REMIT. This can be found here. Trades in these contracts executed on an Organised Market Place must be reported to ACER starting on 7th October 2015.
