ACER have recently placed new documents into the REMIT Portal. Most of the documents show examples of how to report different types of trades, and also provide other guidance. There is also a section on how to ask for other examples that are not listed. The portal still contains the original version of the Trade Reporting User Manual (TRUM). It would not be surprising if an update were to be published at some point.

With just over four months to go until the first reporting deadline, it is useful to Market Participants and their suppliers to finally have this information, although there are still some parts missing. With different OMP and RRM offerings being announced it will soon be time for Market Participants to work out how they will comply with the first phase of REMIT using what is a diverse and sometimes confusing infrastructure.
