SFTR will require all market participants to report “securities financing” transactions, which includes commodities lending, to Trade Repositories. Page 60 of the document, section 4.2.4.3 addresses some commodity specific issues. It refers to a previous consultation paper, which refers to a previous discussion paper, which discusses applicable scenarios for which reports are to be made on page 51, section 4.2.4.4.
