What has changed in the latest REMIT FAQ?

The latest edition of the REMIT Transaction Reporting FAQ (here) was released yesterday (see here) However, the list of changes at the beginning of  the document refers to the previous version.

The actual new questions  observed are as follows:

  • Q 1.1.22 – page 20
  • Q 1.1.23 – page 21
  • Q 2.1.35 – page 50
  • Q 2.3.10 – page 75
  • Q 2.6.3 – page 86
  • Q 3.1.31 – Q 3.1.47  – pages 120 to 131
  • Q 3.6.3 – page 156

3 questions are marked as “updated” do not appear to have changed since the previous version.

Prior to founding ETR, he was Partner at SunGard Global Services, where he built a Centre of Excellence in European Energy Regulation. Before that, he founded Coherence, a consulting firm specializing in credit risk in commodity and energy trading as well as software product management. The credit practice ultimately became part of Sirius Solutions, where he was the Managing Director of Europe. He has also held management roles at KWI and Iris Financial, among other organizations. Mr. Handler holds a degree in computer science from Imperial College, University of London.
