ACER has issued the latest “REMIT Quarterly” newsletter today. It can be found here. In addition to providing an update on previously published statistics (see here) it covers some other subjects:

• An update on new documents since the last newsletter (e.g. the recent Guidance Note in relation to spoofing and layering, see here).
• A list of recent penalties.

The dates of the next “EMIT” forum, to be run by ACER in Ljubljana, are announced as the 5th and 6th September 2019.
