ACER has issued the latest REMIT Quarterly newsletter, which can be found here. The newsletter follows last week’s REMIT Forum (see here) and covers:

• A recent settlement for an alleged REMIT infringement in Great Britain (see here).
• An overview of which Inside Information Platforms (IIPs) are available for disclosures under Article 4.
• Other statistics, including information on the number of open cases, which has remained broadly constant.
