REMIT II (see here) has moved a step closer to having its timelines set with adoption of the text by the European Council. It has already been approved by the Parliament(see here). The next stage is for the text to be signed and published in the Official Journal, 20 days after which it takes effect, with different implementation timelines for the different items.
