KEVR, the National Regulatory Authority of Bulgaria, has imposed a fine of 604,064 BGN (just over 300k Euros) on a Market Participant for a breach of Article 3 of REMIT (Insider trading). The notice in English can be found here. This continues the spate of REMIT fines this year (see here).
