Ofgem, the National Regulatory Authority of Great Britain, has issued a note on the use of thresholds under REMIT for determining whether a piece of Information is “Inside Information”. The note criticises the overuse of the threshold and offers advice on calibration. It also discusses the applicability of the rules for Offshore Transmission Owners.
