A criminal case in Denmark, that resulted in the arrest of traders in 2023 (see here), based on allegations of market manipulation under REMIT, has been dropped. This article on the Montel web site provides some of the information on the case, which, according to the article, was dropped after 3 years due to a lack of evidence. The article also advises that some of those arrested spent 2 months in custody.
