Forsyningstilsynet, the Danish National Regulatory Authority, has made this announcement (in Danish) that an electricity producer has been reported to the police for alleged breaches of REMIT Articles 3 and 4 (Insider trading prohibition and the requirement to disclose Inside Information). The producer is alleged to have bought electricity on the Intra Day market while in possession of Inside Information (breach of Article 3), which they should have disclosed on an Inside Information Platform (breach of Article 4).
