ACER has announced a public consultation on the reporting of derivatives under REMIT II, to start on 16th July 2026. More details can be found here. This follows consultations on the main due reporting elements of REMIT II (see here). A new Trade Reporting User Manual (TRUM) and set of schemas is due to be published by 29 October 2026, with the first reporting due a year later.

The announcement of a joint offering between ETR Advisory and RegTrail (see here) will be followed by a webinar explaining the offering. It will take place at 3pm CET on 30th June 2026. More details and registration can be found here.
