The European Commission have finally published this summary note of the commitology meeting that took place on 3rd October. It does not seem to contain all of the details of the timeline, which has been reported here, but it does state that:

• The act is agreed to be adopted
• There is likely to be a longer lag between adoption and the deadlines
• There are translation difficulties in the Act.

The industry awaits further public official announcements.
