EEX have announced their offering for REMIT reporting, details of which can be found here. EEX operates several venues that are classified as Organised Market Places (OMP) under REMIT, which obligates them to “offer a data reporting agreement”, reporting data that arises out of trades on their exchanges to ACER.

EEX have offered a few packages: Firstly a “basic” package which allows market participants to download the relevant data (i.e. orders and trades) so that it can be forwarded on, by the market participant, to an RRM. Secondly EEX can forward that data to ACER, acting as RRM.

They are also offering to send the data to either EFETNet or REGIS TR, both of whom intend to offer full commercial RRM services. Each of these two options is subject to demand and an assessment will be made by EEX on 12th June whether to go ahead.

Pricing for all but the last options(i.e. REGIS and EFETNet) has also been given. Not many OMPs (or RRMs) have yet given pricing, although we can expect more such announcements over the next weeks.
