ESMA and ACER today signed an MoU agreeing to cooperate on all relevant matters, including EMIR, REMIT and MiFID, not only on rule setting, but also on IT infrastructure, and the running of MAD and REMIT.

It is good to finally see this in print. It will be interesting to see how it works out. the MoU is here.
