ESMA have published translations of the MAR “guidelines on information relating to commodity derivatives markets or relates spot markets for the purpose of the definition of inside information” (see here for an explanation of the applicability of this document). The National Competent Authorities now have two months to either confirm compliance or to provide a reason for non compliance.
