Fresh off the press at the ACER conference, the target time for the REMIT Implementing Act being adopted  has just been announced as “in the Autumn”. This delays trade reporting under REMIT further, with standard trade reporting due to start 6 months after adoption and non standard 12 months. A full report on the conference will follow.
