ACER has commenced a second public consultation on the REMIT Trade Reporting User Manual. (TRUM) as well as the requirements on becoming a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM). This follows an initial  public consultation a few months ago and an open meeting last week in Ljubljana (notes to follow). The consultation closes on 2nd September. Details can be found here.

As before, the TRUM is influenced by the fields that go into the Implementing Act. A new draft of that was published last week in preparation for the “Commitology” meeting that took place yesterday.
