Don’t panic! – Comply, but don’t be scared into unnecessary spend

See my article here  on CTRM Center which discusses how companies should take a balanced view on complying with the various streams of rules such as EMIR, REMIT and MiFID II.

The message is that if you take a pragmatic approach rather than a panicked one , you should be able to comply without excessive spend. An attitude of “trying to comply” rather than “trying to avoid fines” is more likely to yield this result. Beware of those who have a vested interest in causing you to panic.
