Today is the day when the REMIT Implementing Act goes into force. ACER have also announced that they will launch their “REMIT Portal” tomorrow (see here).

The portal will contain the first “official” version of the Trade Reporting User Manual (TRUM) as well as several other documents. In addition, it will be possible from tomorrow to start off the registration process to become a Registered Reporting Mechanism(RRM).  We can expect several further announcements over the next weeks.
