OpenLink have issued this press release announcing that their CubeIntelligence product will be used by E.On Global Commodities for REMIT reporting.

The CubeIntelligence product is a piece on software installed on site which is designed to gather data from multiple sources and send it to the correct reporting destination, for example an EMIR TR or REMIT RRM. The package is “stand alone”, i.e. it is not part of an E/CTRM system and can gather data from any system or source (although it can be used with OpenLink’s ETRMs). This differentiates it from “ETRM specific” systems, which tend to be dedicated adapters that pull data out of one ETRM and send it to a reporting destination.

As the deadlines draw nearer, we can expect several other vendor announcements in this space. A guide will soon be issued examining the systems available.
