MiFID RTS publication delayed

It has been reported in various publications, including “The Trade” website here, that the publication  of the MiFID Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) has been delayed until next week. They were said to be due for publication yesterday.

Two more RRMs approved

With less than two weeks left before the first REMIT reporting deadline, two more RRMs (Registered Reporting Mechanisms) have been approved today: Borzen – The Slovenian Power Market Operator (details here) CEEGEX – The Central European Gas Exchange (details here) The full list of approved RRMs can be found here.


According to many sources, the final MiFID II Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) are due to be published by ESMA shortly.
