The UK Financial Conduct Authority(FCA) has published minutes of the last MiFID II round-table held on 14th September, which can be found here. There are a few items of interest.

• The date for the publication of the final MiFID II Regulatory Technical Standard(RTS) was announced as 24th September. However the RTS has not been published to the public as of now.
• It is acknowledged that the later the RTS is published (and adopted) the harder it will be for firms to comply in time.
• A reminder that the FCA are holding a MiFID II conference on the 19th October.
