ACER have today updated the Frequently Asked Questions document on fundamental data and inside information, with several new and updated answers on the reporting of LNG movements, gas in store and also the disclosure of inside information. The updated document can be found here.

[Added]The Manual of Procedures on data reporting has also need updated, and the new version found here. The new version of the MoP makes changes to the formats in annexes VII and VIII adding to the units of measure permitted in messages.

Of note in the FAQ on inside information is answer 4.1.15 on page 38 which states that inside information published on web sites will not for now be collected by ACER. Inside information platforms will have data collected by ACER, in the new format, from 30th June 2017.
