ESMA has issued this Implementing Technical Standard which specifies how National Competent Authorities are to cooperate when pursuing MAR cases, which includes exchanging of data and cross border investigations. The relevant press release can be found here. Last week, ESMA released a updated Questions and Answers document on MAR (see here) and also announced the start of reference data collection (see here).
