The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has updated their master spreadsheet of position limits. The new version can be found here. There are 4 new limits and 2 have been changed to “TBA”. (Please contact ETR Advisory for a “differences” version of the sheet).

On a different MiFID II topic, see here for a report on the Practical Insight web site about the difficulty in publishing data using APAs (Approved Publication Arrangements). There are still many issues to solve around MiFID II, especially around reporting requirements, which mostly apply to Investment Firms. The same site also has published this report, showing that some activity has shifted to venues following the start of MiFID II. While this was an objective of MiFID II, the reason behind the shift is not one that was anticipated.
