ACER publishes updated REMIT reporting and inside information disclosure guidelines

ACER has updated several documents related to REMIT reporting and inside information disclosure:

  • TRUM Annex II (here) – Reporting examples – The document has been updated with several new examples. Many relate to transportation at borders and also demand response.
  • Updated FAQ on Transaction reporting (here) – Several updates.
  • Updated Manual of Procedures (here) – with descriptions of new fields relating to the disclosure of Inside Information.
  • Updated FAQ on Fundamental Data and Inside Information (here) – updates 1 question and adds another.

ETR Advisory “Regulatory support” clients will receive a full report (see here).
