ACER has today published the latest version of their quarterly newsletter on REMIT, which can be found here. The newsletter includes an article on page 6 on market abuse in balancing services, ancillary services and re-dispatching, and addresses the increased focus of regulators on these markets and activities. The newsletter also includes many statistical updates, covering the large rise in data collected and recent cases.

The 5th edition of the REMIT Guidance has been updated with a revised text on capacity withholding in section 6.4.1. The document can be found here.
