The change to the clearing threshold methodlogy as specified as part of EMIR 3.0 will finally apply from 10 November 2026, following the publication in the Official Journal of the new rules (see here). For non financial counterparties, there are several changes, including a move away from a group calculation, and a change in scope to include only uncleared positions. See here for more details.
