The criminal case in Denmark under REMIT Article 5, which started in Q2 2023 and was dropped a few months ago (see here) has been reopened by the Danish Prosecution Service. The announcement can be found here. The case started with the arrest of traders in Aarhus (see here) which was followed by a consultation run by the Danish Regulator on capacity hoarding (see here).
