New Q+A documents on EMIR, SFTR and MIFID II transparency

ESMA yesterday issued new Questions and Answers documents:

EMIR (here) – This has new answers on reporting on valuations (on the last day of a derivative or for intra day derivatives) and also LEI changes due to mergers and acquisitions.
SFTR (here) – Also on LEI changes due to mergers and acquisitions.
MIFID II Transparency (here) – On temporary parameters and the population of certain fields.
