While it has now been several weeks since off venue REMIT reporting commenced, RRM approvals continue. The list published by ACER, which can be found here, continues to grow despite many applications being terminated, as outlined in the latest REMIT quarterly. At the same time, TGE have announced the approval of their RRM to accept more data types, including the types of fundamental data reportable by market participants.
The next and final deadline for REMIT reporting, that of backloading of off-venue contracts is now two weeks away. By this time, any contract which was struck and in effect on April 7th (i.e. delivery had not completed) must be reported. When such a contract is a “framework”, the act of backloading triggers the requirement to report child “executions”.
