ACER have just announced that they will be holding another open workshop in Ljubljana on 11th July. You can access information about it here (but NOT via either the REMIT “upcoming activities screen, or the calendar!).

By then, they have promised a 3rd version of their guidance to REMIT.

The workshop will cover:

•Effective disclosure of inside information
•Registration of market participants
•Trade and fundamental data collection, including the outcome of the public consultation on technical requirements

This will be an interesting workshop!
