ACER has opened a consultation on changes to be applied to the “CEREMP” database (Centralised European Register of Energy Market Participants). Market Participants in the EU REMIT must register in the CEREMP as per REMIT Article 9. Various changes since the start of REMIT (such as REMIT II) require that the format be updated. The consultation proposes changes to the different fields and sections to be completed (although some changes were already put in place for REMIT II such as algorithmic trading and DEA notifications and in some cases representative information.
