Reports here and in other places that the European Commission have delayed the decision date on whether Dodd Frank and other foreign rulesets are considered equivalent to EMIR,  removing many potential double requirements.

We still are waiting to see if the CFTC will extend the July 12 deadline for foreign banks to conform to DF for US trades.
