As reported in the banking Regulatory Reform blog, and in other places, the issues still on the table around MiFID II were not resolved by the end of December as planned. This means that there will be a delay in presenting it to the European parliament. If MiFID is not passed by parliament by the elections in May, it could mean a long delay. One to watch..
