The European Commission have released a partial version of the final MiFID II Delegated Act which can be found here. The act covers:

• Safeguarding of client financial instruments and funds
• Product governance requirements
• Inducements

The early release of a partial version of the document has surprised the market. The rest of the awaited items, including some eagerly awaited by those in energy and commodities, such as derivatives definition, are likely to come out over the next weeks.
