Broadpeak Partners, who offer the “K3” product, have announced a partnership with Unavista (part of the London Stock Exchange group) to deliver MiFID II and MiFIR functionality. Unavista offer solutions to cover several of the MiFID II and MiFIR requirements (see here), and also plan to offer position reporting and other functionality as outlined here.

Under MiFID II and MiFIR, investment firms (i.e. those who are authorised either due to not being able to claim the Ancillary Activity exemption or otherwise) must comply with the various data reporting rules such as transaction reporting specified under RTS 22, as well as position reporting as specified in ITS 4.
