ESMA has issued “opinion” documents on three MiFID II position limits, which relate to limits already published by National Competent Authorities. They are:

There has also been an amendment to the limit aggregations on the FCA position limit list, which can be found here.

The FSA, the Norwegian National Competent Authority, has also adjusted limits on German Baseload power contracts due to the split of the German/Austrian bidding zone. The announcement can be found here.
