This article on food business news reports that the chair and two commissioners of the CFTC have been ordered to testify about the matter.
This article on the Reuters web site reports that an anti trust case against several parties in the US has been revived by the appeals court. The case relates to the possibility that aluminium prices were driven up by restricting supply.
