KEVR, the National Regulatory Authority of Bulgaria, has announced the imposition of a fine of 165,000 BGN (approximately 84,260 EUR) for a breach of REMIT Article 5. The announcement in Bulgarian can be found here. The breach involved several spoofing and layering incidents on the intraday electricity market between January 2021 and March 2022. KEVR also issued fines in the second half of last year (see here).
