The European Commission DG Energy has just opened consultations and released draft documents with the proposed new REMIT II Implementing Act as well as the Delegated Regulation on the authorisation of RRMs. The new Implementing Act has been awaited for some time and will define how reporting works under REMIT II as well as the fields.
