ACER has released the latest version of the REMIT Trade Reporting User Manual (TRUM), together with an updated version of the REMIT Transaction Reporting FAQ. All documents can be accessed via this page. The 6th version of the TRUM follows extensive consultations.

The new TRUM has many changes, in the main document and in some of the annexes. In particular:

• The main document has many changes including the addition of values and types related to Power Purchase Agreements and LNG.
• Annex II, where examples are found, contains new entries related to LNG and reliability options.
• Annex IV, related to Unique Transaction Identifier generation, contains new information related to bilateral transactions.
• Annex VI related to the reporting of delivery points contains some updates.
• A new annex VIII focuses on LNG.

The new FAQ includes guidance on the reporting of transactions related to local flexibility products and clarifications on the reporting of gas transportation contracts related to capacity conversion and capacity upgrades.

The changes take effect after 6 months.
