CICI, the global LEI solution developed by DTCC and SWIFT, has been endorsed as a “Local Operating Unit” (LOU) by the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee. See here.

A few Europe based pre-LEI facilities have also been endorsed over the last weeks. It is important to watch developments in this stream, since LEIs will be a component of any EMIR solution.
